So clearly there was something weird about their pricing and it was in no way in my favor. Considering that the tenant below me (identical floor plan) moved in at under $ 900 and even though she had been there even longer than me was paying just over $ 900 when I moved out. Now I can understand this a bit because I wasn’t signing 12-month leases but even so I think it got out of hand pretty quickly. After two years I was paying almost $ 300 more a month. Had it stayed at that price I might have been able to stay but every time I had renewed my lease, the price went up. When I first started out, it was the highest priced apartment complex in the area but it was slightly nicer than most so I felt it was justifiable. Floor Plan: The Cove ( 2b 2b) Original Price: $ 1100 ( 15mo Lease) Move Out Price: $ 1400/mo Second Floor Unit Pricing: I’m going to start off with the number one reason you should not move to Calibre Bend.

If you have any questions, just ask in the comments below and I’ll try to check back to answer them. I lived in Calibre Bend for two years and I have a lot to say so I’ll try to organize everything as well as I can.
